Our packages include professional lighting, audio equipment, and optional add-ons like microphones and subwoofers. We offer both self-service (DIY setup) and full-service (with an AV technician). Each package is customized based on your event type and budget.

Do you offer setup and takedown services?

Yes! We provide setup and takedown services for an additional fee. However, if you’re looking to save on costs, we also offer a dry-hire option where you can pick up and return the equipment yourself.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance to secure availability, especially for peak weekends and special promotions. However, last-minute bookings may be possible depending on our schedule.

What happens if something gets damaged during the event?

We understand accidents happen! Minor wear and tear is expected, but significant damage or loss of equipment may result in additional charges. We’ll assess the situation and provide a fair resolution.

Can you customize the lighting and sound setup for my event?

Absolutely! We tailor our lighting and audio setups to match your event’s theme, venue size, and atmosphere. Whether it’s a birthday party, wedding, bar karaoke night, or live music gig, we ensure the best experience possible.
